When the home inspector noted that the old house fan was installed in a manner that would not pass the inspection, we were so grateful that you would take pictures of the problem noted, take it to an engineer, get plans for the repair and have it all repaired in the required amount of time!!

We were planning on moving from Phoenix to Loveland so we began to look at housing and visited a number of communities. After visiting several communities we came to R&R Custom Homes where the quality, craftsmanship, and price are outstanding.The floor plan is ideal for our active lifestyle, the lot sizes are spot on for active adults that do not wish to spend all weekend working in the yard. This is our third new construction home and the building process with R&R Homes who is as passionate about our home as we are is outstanding. David and Tracy were there through the entire building process with positive and professional guidance.Generally building a buying a home is thought of as stressful, this is not the case with R&R homes. We would like to share our experience of buying a home from two special Re/Max realtors, Tracy Wilson & Amy Lane.
Tracy & Amy made the process run smoothly and efficiently. They were also there when we need them by answering all of our questions, returning phone calls promptly and doing all the things behind the scenes that we would never think of. They even had Comcast ready for us when we made the move from Florida to Colorado.
The homes we choose was 4-5 weeks from being ready but we needed it in 3 weeks. No problem said Tracy and she was right. Amy told me the workers were working like bees to get everything done and ready for our arrival.
We financed the buyers who were buying our home in Florida so I needed a 2-3 week extension on the closing of our home. Told Tracy & Amy the situation and they contacted the builder. No problem, the extension was granted which took care of our anxieties concerning losing the home.
When we arrived in Colorado, our dream home was waiting for us with no further hitches because Tracy & Amy were there to take care of business when we weren¿t. Thanks to all of you who made this such as easy and pleasant experience.
